3. Machine Features:
1. Vertical injection with direct pressure clamping on four columns.
2. The closing and breaking control system uses Bosch servo hydraulic control components and has a clamping force range of 55 to 120 T. When ACC nitrogen and a nitrogen energy storage device are used, the fastest injection speed is 800 mm/s.
3. Fully closed loop: Using Rexroth's high-frequency response servo valve and the DPQ injection digital control card, injection, pressure holding, and pre-plastic back pressure are all carried out. Injection speed, holding pressure, and pre-plastic back pressure are managed by a closed-loop system.
